Receive and negotiate offers for your listing
Upon closing only pay a determined commission (typically 2 - 3%) to the Buyers Agent
Pay (0%), NO COMMISSION when you sell or rent to Buyer or Tenant with
no Broker representation.
If a Rental property; only pay 1/2% commission of the monthly rent to the tenant's agent
You typically save 3.0% sales commission which normally goes to the Listing Broker
